The service
FrontFinch finds local businesses, sends emails in your name from an account you connect, sorts replies, and answers calls with an AI assistant. Results such as replies, walkthroughs or contracts are not promised; they depend on your area, prices and follow-up.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe, in advance, and continue until cancelled. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid month. Founding clients keep their price while their subscription stays active.
Your responsibilities
- The details you give us (company name, mailing address, claims about your service, any certifications) must be true. Your mailing address appears in every email, as US law requires.
- You'll only use FrontFinch to contact businesses about your own services.
- You're responsible for the prices you quote and the work you do.
Our rules for outreach
We send only to published business addresses, honor every opt-out immediately, keep daily sending limits, and never make automated calls or texts to people who didn't contact you first. We may pause an account that causes complaints or breaks these rules.
AI front desk
The assistant tells callers it may be recorded and never quotes prices. It can make mistakes; check each call summary and confirm details with the caller.
Liability
FrontFinch is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We'll email you before material changes. Questions: hello@frontfinch.com.
